My next question was about "have you checked the openssl command ???". I
should have patched the version to write the openssl command into the
/usr/bin dir.
A suggestion, when compiling openssl use the --prefix=/usr so as to
overwrite many of the pre-installed versions that could conflict, otherwise
just check the openssl path in the *.conf files to be correctly set.
