1. how to enable javascript?
2.what you pointed is openssl-verify or openca-verify command?
there are two VefifyPath in raserver.conf:
##Crypto Section
........
........
Verifypath "/usr/local/bin/openca-verify"
.......
.......
##Revreq Section
.......
.......
VerifyPath "usr/local/bin/verify"
I can not find verify command in my hard disk.
3.a new problem :
in RAServer,I can not see my ca certificate,I have imported my ca cert.
so ,I tried another mothed to import it,
RAServerAdmin-->Inbound-->ImportNewCerts succeed!
but I failed to see my ca cert again.

You should check the following:
1. Have you correctly imported the certificate for the
RAOperator ?
2. Have you enabled Javascript ?
3. Are you using Netscape 4.7+ ?
4. Is correctly installed and pointed from the raserver.conf
the openssl-verify command ?
