This proble has been reported by some people, I don't know if it is
a bug due to the OpenCA::DB module itself or the DB support with the
PERL installed on the computer... Try downloading and installing the
gnu db (GDBM_File, www.gnu.org ) or BerkeleyDB (DB_File,
www.sleepycat.com).
Then use the Init DB link and try to import the CA Certificate again.
