Hi,

everything seems to work until i want to approve a request. My problem seems
to be a bit different form the one posted on 23.11.2001.

With Netscape Communicator 4.78 under Linux:
When I choose the certificate (by serial-no.) to approve the request, I get
the next screen where to check everything and the possibilities to approve
or delete the request. After pressing "Approve Request" I get the Error 700:
Command not supported (yet).

With Netscape 6.2 under Windows 2000, i get the page where to check
everything twice (first 'waiting for approval', second 'confirm request
approval') and then nothing more.

The user-certificates are valid/verified on both machines.

In the apache-errorlog for the RA-server comes up the message:
---snip---
[..] [error] mod_ssl: Cannot store SSL session to DBM file
`/var/run/ssl_scache' (System error follows)
[..] [error] System: Invalid argument (errno: 22)
General Error Trapped 700: Command Not Supported ( yet ?!? ). at
lib//misc-utils.lib line 32.
---snap---

I use OpenCA 0.8.1 (8.11.2001) with OpenSSL 0.9.7 under SuSE 7.2, configured
all on one box (make all). Probably i did something wrong with the setup,
but i am not that good in all that configure/make...-stuff.

Some help would be nice. Btw. is the INSTALL-File (Version 0.8.0) the only
documentation for setting up the CA? Don't get me wrong, i just want to make
sure that all the stuff i am asking here ist not written somewhere.

Erik

PS: I can't change my e-mail to a name w/o domain, our admin refuses to do
that ;-(. Please forgive me ;-)
