[Openca-Users] OpenSCEP installation error

I am getting the following error when installing OpenSCEP 0.3.6 -

        sceplist.o: In function 'asn1_time_to_time' :
/opt/openscep-0.3.6/scepd/sceplist.c:126: undefined reference to 'altzone'
collect2: ls returned 1 exit status

I already installed OpenSSL and OpenLDAP successfully on Red Hat 7.1.
