Hi,
I have installed OpenCA-0.8.1 and OpenSSL-SNAP-20020201
I am able to generate (user) certificate requests, approve them by RA, get them signed
by CA, and the user is able to download it onto the browser - All in Netscape only.
However, I am having problems 'Revoking' the user certificate.
1. From the public server, When user requests for revokation, it prompts the user to
select the user cert and sign a test message. After which I get a 'This document
contained no data' error. The error_log at the web server said :
------------
Compilation failed in require at /home/httpd/cgi-public/pki line 207.
Can't call method "verifyChain" on an undefined value at cmds/show_ask4rev line 74.
------------
How can this be resolved ? I have also added the following keywords in the public.conf
NewAsk4RevSheet "sheets/new_ask4rev.html"
CAChain "/usr/local/RAServer/chain"
ShowAsk4RevSheet "sheets/show_ask4rev.html"
2. From the RA server, when I 'Revoke' Certificate from the viewed 'Certificate
Details', it gave me the following message
------------
Error 700
General Error. Command revokeCertificate Not Supported ( yet ?!? )..
1998-2001 by Massimiliano Pala and the OpenCA Group.
RA Server - Version 0.6.30
------------
Does this really mean 'Revokation' is not yet functioning?
Should I install OpenCA-SNAP-20020129 and check? If I install an SNAP now, will I
have to redo all the DB related, CA certs, RA certs related stuff all over again?
Thanks & Regards
Pramila
