The DBs from one installation are common. If you need seperate DBs
simple create seperate installations - one with the exec-prefix
/usr/local/openca-ca and the other one with /usr/local/openca-ext.

There are some change in 0.9's configure:

ra-prefix is only a name for the RA. The default value is ra. The same
meaning have ca-prefix and pub-prefix. The ra-prefix is used for the
configuration-files etc/${ra_prefix}.conf and for the the servers
lib/servers/${ra_prefix}/.
