I think that there is a problem in web interface in SNAP 20020410 and 20020412. I installed these versions and at all request pages (new request for a initial administrator, new request for initial ra and users requests), I didn't have any name field and 'certificate request group' field. These field are very important to make a request. When I made a request without these fields, I received a error message telling me that couldn't issue a certificate Then I edited a request and I fill the correctly the field Subject and everything work.
