Have just installed OpenCA-SNAP-20020503
1. CA Certificate generated OK
2. Initial administrator and RA Operator certificate generation OK : Here I had to
edit the following files : /usr/local/openca/OpenCA/lib/servers/ca/sheets -
ca_view_csr.html, ca_view_crr.html & viewValidCert.html ; to change
'/htdocs-ca/pwd.html' to '/pwd.html' ; and to change '/htdocs-ca/scripts/all.js' to
'/scripts/all.js'. After doing the above changes, it went thru fine.
3. ' Handle the certificate' : PEM-File : OK
3a. 'Handle the certficate' : PKCS#12-File : Error 700 : Cannot convert
PEM-certificate and PKCS#8-key to PKCS#12-formatted file!
Here too I had to edit the file /usr/local/openca/htdocs/htdocs-ca/scripts/all.js
to change '/htdocs-ca/pwd.html' to 'pwd.html', to be able to get till the Error
700.
The error_log file also has the following lines
unable to load private key
unable to write 'random state'
General Error Trapped 700: Cannot convert PEM-certificate and PKCS#8-key to
PKCS#12-formatted file! at /usr/local/openca/OpenCA/lib/functions/misc-utils.lib lin
e 38.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/openca/cgi-bin/cgi-ca/ca line 193.
Any idea why this is happening?
