Hi ALL,
I need a little help from you. There is some instructions in "Secure
Server" web interface to users to "Get requested certificate" (I write this
instructions bellow). This e-mail referred into Instructions Section is
created and sended automatically ?!? The serial number is a serial number's
hash or serial number clear ?!? Why it is necessary that I proceed from the
same computer from wich has been generated the certification request ?!?
Someone have or know lastimport.txt file format ?!?

INSTRUCTIONS:
In the e-mail you should have received from us that states the certificate
issuing process has been completed, it is reported a serial number that must
be used at this time.
It is necessary that you proceed from the same computer from wich has been
generated the certification request.
Please fill in the form with the serial number you received and click on
the
'Continue' button.
