In the OpenCA (on SuSE Linux 8.0) CA/RA Interface (apache 1.3.24) under
"Informations->Certificates->Valid Certificates" with NetscapeNavigator 4.79
under SuSE Linux 8.0;  NetscapeNavigator 4.78 under WinNT4.0 and MS IE6.0
under WinNT4.0. The Results are the same on all Systems:

In the Certificate Subject-DN the GN was encoded as: "B\C3\A4rbel"
In the Certificate CN the GN was encoded as "Bärbel"
