I read the microsoft-docs and find out that they (and we too) use the
CAPI-function createPKCS10 with RFC2253-conform DNs but like OpenSSL
they use RFC2253 but in the reverse order. I fixed the code in
ie_confirm.html. So the actual snapshot (2002-May-27) should fix the
problem.
