The options are included to support people who want to store the
CA-certs and CRLs in a LDAP-entry which is not the DN of the
CA-certificate and not the issuer of the CRL. This way is not
standard-compliant. Normally you can ignore the options and leave them
blank because OpenCA uses then DN of the CA-cert and the issuer from the
CRL if the options are blank.
