To sign the request the operator MUST have:

        1. A valid certificate installed into Netscape;
        2. Use Netscape 4.07+
        3. Javascript must be enabled
        4. The certificate must be correctly verified within
           Netscape ( Security->Certificates->Yours->...->Verify);

Simply install the OpenLDAP and configure (raserver.conf) the OpenCA
