I doesn't change something in the code for issuing the CA-request. So
something must change in your configuration.

Line 193 in cgi-bin/ca/ca is the line where the command will be
included. So there are two possibilities:

1. the symbolic link openca_dir/lib/servers/ca/cmds/genCAReq is missing
2. the file openca_dir/lib/cmds/genCAReq is missing

I published a new snapshot (0703) which you can install over the old
snapshot. The only difference is that you get a better errormessage if
the generation of the CA-request fails.
