I checked the javascript of 0.8 and it supports only the old versions of
OpenSSL. The new versions of OpenSSLs supports the correct attribute
emailAddress. The old versions use simply Email (this is not conform to
the standards).

If you use a new OpenSSL 0.9.7-version then you must use a 0.9-snapshot
(16/06/2002 is a new OpenSSL-version).
