Hi,
I changed all archivied to archived because we are short before a
release. This and another change causes some problems with the next
snapshot.
If you want want to update with an SQL-DB you must do the following:
# use your old snapshots
# exportDB via the link on the input/output-page (Backup)
# destroy your database
# make a backup of the CA's private key and cert (by hand)
# install new snapshot
# install the backup of the CA's private key and cert (by hand)
# initialize your database again via the link on the
input/output-page (Recovery)
# replayLog via the link on the input/output-page (Recovery)
If you want to update with DBM-Files(default) then you must do the
following:
# cd openca_dir/var/db/
# mv archivied_xyz archived_xyz
(simply remove the "i")
The advantages of the changes are:
1. we have no UNIX-like creat
2. you can go from every certificate to the assigned request
