I finally pinpointed the problem. Again, I commented out a line in the cmd script 
related to my STEP 7 below. Sorry I forgot the same of the module. This was for the 
action "issueCertificate) or something similar, again it was something to do with the 
subject field (like in one of my forst posts for a problem generating the CA Private 
key - setp one of initialization), which make me think it is really soething to do 
with openssl.
 
I'll try you module, if you can send it again, as I didn't get any attachment in the 
mail you sent me.

        1. Are you sure that the line "Subject does not start with '/'" is from
        step 7?
        2. Try to replace your OpenSSL.pm by the attached OpenSSL.pm. If you can
        issue the certificate with the changed module then please write a
        notice.

        P.S. we have some problems with an error 256 but until now it was enough
        to ignore this errorcode (binary 1.0000.0000).
