Hi All,

I was able to dig through the configuration files and found ca.conf, in
which is the environment variable SERVICE_MAIL_ACCOUNT, which was set to "".
I set it and all was well. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Regards,

Adam

Subject: [Openca-Users] Error 6703

Hi all,

I've finally been able to get OpenCA installed properly. My last problem
was because DB_File isn't automatically built and installed as part of
Sleepycat -- you have to build and install DB_File separately. Once I did
that, voila! Everything seemed to work.

That is, until now. I'm in the middle of setting up my CA Administrator but
am getting a general error:

    Error 6703
General Error. You must specify at a minimum a mail account for the
CA (SERVICE_MAIL_ACCOUNT)!

I'm not sure how this works, but I remember distinctly entering an e-mail
address when generating the initial certificate request and the current CA
Administrator request...

Any help is appreciated.

Regards,

Adam
