This error is not common, please check the user the
web server
is running as to have write permission at
/usr/local/OpenCA/dB.

Also check to see if you have installed the OpenCA::DB
module,
check also to correctly point the openssl command
within the
ca.conf file (check the openssl keyword).

I did change the permissions at /usr/local/OpenCA/dB(i
even changed the permissions for the whole path) and i
get the same error with the same error log.I have
already reinstalled OpenCA::DB and the command is
correctly pointed in the ca.conf file.
Can this be a problem of the apache?Maybe  i must
change the permissions of the cgi-ca file ?
Plus the same problem occurs with the RAserver dB
