There are two different problems

1. The first answer describes the way to import a certificate and a
private key into a browser. This is necessary if you want to sign a
request.

2. The second answer describes what you have to do to setup a
https-server.

So both answers are not relevant for your problem.

A small clarification:

1. RA and RAServer are servers (webservers).

2. RA Admin and RA Operator are persons (which use browsers).

Your problem sounds like a javascript-problem.
