1. If you are testing Yes, you can do it. You must simply change the configurationfiles online.conf and ldap-conf in OPENCADIR/etc/servers. These files contains the hole LDAP-configuration. 2. If you are not testing Yes, you can do it but the server MUST have the same name and location like the old directoryserver. You must only change the rootdn and rootpw of the ldap-account in online.conf and ldap.conf. If you use our defaultconfiguration of the extensions of the certificates then you can change the location of the directory server too because we use only the webserver has informationsource. If you use the LDAP-server in one of your certificate extensions then you cannot change the location of your directory. Michael P.S. you can find a description of the options in the OpenCA-guide. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael Bell Email (private): [EMAIL PROTECTED] Rechenzentrum - Datacenter Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Humboldt-University of Berlin Tel.: +49 (0)30-2093 2482 Unter den Linden 6 Fax: +49 (0)30-2093 2959 10099 Berlin Germany http://www.openca.org ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Openca-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openca-users
