You can simply use the public interface and create a request for a
server. If you want to do it on the CA then you must do the following
(this is hacking!):

1. Create a new request by using one of the links in Step 2 or Step 3.
The links to create requests doesn't depend on serials.

2. Please remeber the serial of the request!

3. Go with the mouse over the link to edit the request. Copy the link,
change the serial and use the link incl. issuing the serial.

If you have a public interface it is not necessary to do this. You can
simply create the request on the public interface and edit the request
on the RA.
