Have you imported the certificates and keys in IE ? If they are pkcs#12 ( 
.pfx) then you can click on them to do the import.

If they are already installed, have they been signed by the CA certificate on 
your web server ? I have found that (in netscape) only certificates signed by 
the CA whos certificate is stored on teh web server are listed.
