We use OpenSSL's PKCS#8-interface and "openssl pkcs8" has perhaps a bug. 
It ignores the output passphrase. I checked the source of OpenSSL and it 
looks like OpenSSL forgets to set the encryption algorithm.

So it looks like the private key for the Apache (option SSLeay - 
mod_ssl) is not encrypted :(

I will write immediately a mail to OpenSSL.
