CRL?have changed this so presume new certificates will have the new ca crl dist point.Yes, all the certs which will be issued by the CA uses the files OPENCADIR/etc/openssl/extfiles/*.ext. Only the CA-cert will be generated from openssl.cnf.
Is this the only place to look ?
