hello, i noticed this on redhat linux 7.2, with netscapes 4.7x, with openca 0.9.1 RC1-5 with openssl devel - some snapshots from 2002 05 :). when i used stable openssl it does not produce that error, but that stable openssl can not create request objects :). it happens only when i enter password for ca key - ie when i issue certificate, so the error occurs i go back, enter again and it works. i've solved this with mozilla - i've put mozilla on ca and it works with no problem.
