I am currently trying to install v0.9.0-2 and I had some trouble with access permission as well as the fact that none of the RBAC stuff was installed, nor the default config-files for etc/openssl/openssl and etc/openssl/extfiles.Sounds like a crash during the ./configure or make. The simplest way is to make a protocol from the installation and read it or send it to us.
(script; your_installation_instructions; exit; vi typescript).
Is that a known bug?
No, it sounds like problem with you configuration.
It is easier for us to handle the bugreports directly on the list. We used the bugtracker some time ago but we handled the most bugs via the mailinglists, so we decided to deactivate the bugtracker. Why is the bug tracker on sourceforge deactivated?
.
Mind you, I had a whole load of other problems, but they stem mostly from me not understanding what each of the configure options do.Yes, it is poor but it is the most actual documentation.
Where on the CVS is the LaTeX source for the OpenCA Guide? Is that still an valid documentation?

P.S. did you read the examples in configs?
