The RA don't run OpenSSL to test the DN.
This could be a solution but I guess such a DN is to be discouraged as could
generate some problems when parsing the certificate's DN, but I am not
sure of this (it's been a long time since I did not took a look at the
parser code -- internal OpenCA, not OpenSSL related).
