Please check the extensionconfiguration Sub-CA.ext in OPENCADIR/etc/openssl/extfiles to be correct.
NsComment and some URL parameters were applyed by configure
sctipt. It seems heving correct values.
NsComment is wrong in your version. The nsComment must be "Subordinate ..." but it is "Cross ..." in your version. I think it was a mistake during copy and paste.
