i never set any path for htdocs and cgi-bin at the time of bulid. all default
option.

/usr/local/apache/htdocs/ra

Since the online and ldap servers are in the /usr/local/apache/htdocs
directory. i am not able to see online and ldap if i set to the above path.
If i set apache htdocs for /usr/local/apache/htdocs the everything o.k. but
i have installed ca also in the same machine ?! so all the directories are
visible.
