Hi folks.

I'm running OpenCA-0.9.1-RC7. I finally was able to get my CA cert,
CA Manager, and first RA Manager certs created, and my ca, ra, and pub
servers running.

I'm trying to issue my first "user" certificate.

I have gone through the "pub" server and created the request using
Netscape 4.75, and the SPKAC request form. The key size is 1024 bits.

Using another Netscape 4.75 window, I went to the ra server and found the
pending certificate request, and then chose to "approve and sign" the
request. It went through the signing steps, and i chose the RA Manager
ID to sign the request.

The resulting page says:

    Request Approved

    Description: Certificate Request Successfully approved.

    Signature:

(Note that there is nothing after "Signature:").

If i then go into the ra or the pub server and look for certificates, i
only see the CA Manager (serial number 1), and RA Manager (serial number
2). There is no certificate for the user i just created.

The certificate request is gone as well.

In the OpenCA/openca/var/crypto/certs directory, the only certificates
that exist are "01.pem" and "02.pem".

Can you tell me what i have done wrong?

Thanks.

...alex...
