I added ldapversion 3 to both slapd.conf files under
/usr/local/etc/openldap and /usr/local/OpenCA/etc/servers directories. I
didn't find *_node.conf anywhere. However it still doesn't work though.
I used ldapsearch to look at the ldao database and it returned empty
result. I thought the OpenCA should take care of initialization of the
database but obviously it didn't. What will happen if I set up the initial
entry as the cn=Manager o=my org and c=US myself? What happens if I use
the LDAP server to store other information such as users? Thank you very
much for the help in advance!
BTW. I am able to load the CA-certificate and other certificates into RA
server database now. I just can't import them to LDAP server.
