I made a straight copy of the files in the db directory, then setting
the proper grant, and it couldn't connect to the db.

Maybe I have to use another way, like script or openca command ?

No, there is no backup functionality. Anyway I guess it is possible to
backup the DB using the scripts...

I made no changes from 0.8 to 0.9 to the DB structure a part from some
fixes (and some from Michael, am I right ?). Anyway I will take a closer
look and post more on this later...
