Hi! I found the problem!! The htdocs-url-prefix and cgi-url-prefix was
misconfigured. I  assumed it would be HTTPDURLPREFIX/htdocs not just
HTTPDURLPREFIX (same with cgi).

Also, i solved the pwd.html not found by modifing path.js, and never got
to read that part in the OpenCAguide.pdf; until i i read it almost all of
it in search of a clue. Also, i moved to a browser were i could actually
see the source code (don't know why, but the Opera in the linux/unix takes
a zillion years to show it) and the javascript parts where missing the
htdocs and cgi in the paths.

Sory for the troubles. Hope it helps debug someone else's problem next
time. :)
