Hi! I found the problem!! The htdocs-url-prefix and cgi-url-prefix was misconfigured. I assumed it would be HTTPDURLPREFIX/htdocs not just HTTPDURLPREFIX (same with cgi).
Also, i solved the pwd.html not found by modifing path.js, and never got to read that part in the OpenCAguide.pdf; until i i read it almost all of it in search of a clue. Also, i moved to a browser were i could actually see the source code (don't know why, but the Opera in the linux/unix takes a zillion years to show it) and the javascript parts where missing the htdocs and cgi in the paths.
