Looks like a wrong configuration of ra_node. Please check the configuration of ra_node in /etc/servers/ra_node.conf:
Ah ha ! You (as usual) have hit the nail on the head. I have not noticed until now, this is a ca_node ! That is strange I have built an RA but it has a ca_node. This means it must be an installation issue. Strange as I deleted the directory and unpacked the tar file again inbetween installing the CA and the RA. Can you tell me what configuration setting tells it to be an RA node ? I do not have an ra_node.conf in ../servers just a ca_node.conf !
You used the configure option --with-hierarchy-level=ca but you install a RA. So you must use --with-hierarchy-level=ra or you have to reconfigure the export/import-stuff by hand. I recommend you to install again. The risk to do something wrong is really high even if you read the documentation (sometimes we have to pay a high price for flexibility).
