Guys (please tell me if I should be going to the developers list for this one !)
In our implementation of OpenCA we are using two certificates per user, one for signing and authentication and one for encryption (we have created two type of certificate for this, the signing cert with key useage of digital signature and authentication and and encryption certifciate with a key usage of key encipherment). I only want to publish the encryption certificates to the directory and so am looking in the addCertToLDAP file to see if I can detect the "role" of the cert from the data base and then skip the cert if the role is a signing only. Am I going about this in the right way ? And can I have some clues about the way I should be looking at the data base please. I am not on the developers mailing list (as I am not really a developer), but I am happy to join if you don't want to answer this type of question here. many thanks.
