Sorry for don't have answered before but I couldn't!
Your file seems to be good.
If you have always problems with it, you can try to replace
ca.intern.testsystem.de:80 by _default_:80.
Have you added : BindAddress Your_address_IP:80 and Listen 80?
You can also written : BindAddress * to be sure.
Do you have to install RA?
