It seems it cannot find the CA certificate but if I untar the archive I see there is a file CA_CAERTIFICATE/VALID/56d55769a1ba3b4c4e44a6f7884344e1.pem and it is not empty (contains an header with CSR_SERIAL=-1 followed by the certificate).
