Hi there,   this is a common problem and if you search the Mailing list archives you will find info on it. It has also been included in the newest OpenCA guide's FAQ, which I recommend to you to get from the CVS.   The bottom line is that Mozilla does not support signing of forms. Your best option is to use the patched Mozilla from wamcom.org. Myself, I tried to use the patched version but I was unsuccessful.
