This looks like a problem with the filename caused by the "//" - I dont know where to look, but I think you somewhere added "/" at the end of a path...

FILE: /srv/ra//OpenCA/var/tmp/tmp_1517/_REQUEST//544.spkac
Exporting archive ...
In effect directory /srv/ra//OpenCA/var/tmp/tmp_1517/ doesn't exist. I don't know what to do.
The tmp Files are delete after the export
