Hi everybody,
some time ago I tried to compile and use the OCSP-Responder with my Solaris-box. I had to fix some code (server.c and http_request.c: include netinet/in.h, configuration.c: replace setenv with putenv) before I was able to compile the sourcecode. At this point I got the message 'Segmentation fault' when I tried to start the daemon. The reason was a missing line in the CRL-file and I fixed it.
Can you send to me the patches for compiling on Solaris ?
Please can you check the configuration file for the option:
dbms = ocsp_crl
in the OCSP_Default section ? If missing this is what it is causing your segfault. I will try to update the code for better error handling... :-D
