I am finding that I can approve a CSR without signing but cannot approve one with signing. Strangely, the problem does not appear to be in the configuration. I find that the applet asking me to confirm that I want to sign the approval never runs.
I've checked my browser settings and I do indeed trust the CA Cert to identify web sites, mail users and software makers. My browser cert Key Usage includes Signing. I've put a protocol analyzer on the wire and I see no packets on the wire when I click on Sign and Approve. Absolutely nothing happens. I am using Mozilla 1.4.
