[Openca-Users] hxgettext - Library "intl" missed

openca-0.9.1.3 - has anybody some idea how to get this library. It is not a shared lib (there is one intl.so in package sketch in serveral distros - but this dosn't helps...) and in the Makefile under .../src/modules/gettext-1.01 is written: # MakeMaker Parameters: # LIBS => [q[-lintl]]

Make generates:
make[4]: Entering directory `/pki/install/openca-0.9.1.3/src/modules'
Note (probably harmless): No library found for -lintl
Writing Makefile for Locale::gettext

I searched cpan but I have nothing suitable found. Has anybody some idea?

The real problem is: hxgettext is not translating to german or other languages.
