Hi,
I did ./configure.redhat, make and make install-ca.
Then I did, in the same machine, ./configure.redhat (changed only the hierarchy-level from ca to ra and the web-host), make and make install-ext.
I issued the CA certificate, the CA-Admin certificate (Role: CA-Operator) and the RA-Admin certificate (Role: Web Server).
I initialized the RA database and when I tried to import the configuration from CA, I received the message: Cannot write CA certificate to LDAP.
The entry was created at LDAP with this configuration:
cn=Autoridade Certificadora,o=Organization,c=BR
objectClass: top
objectClass: organizationalRole
objectClass: pkiCA
objectClass: pkiUser

1. Which OpenCA version do you use? 2. What is errormessage in the syslog from OpenLDAP (or whatever you use)? 3. What is the DN of the certificate which you try to install?
