Sorry for the newbie question. I am trying to setup a ssl-enabled reverse proxy to a iNotes (Lotus Notes Web Email) server. I had the Notes admin send me a Certificate request and I generated a Certificate successfully with OpenCA 0.9.1.
Now I am setting up the reverse proxy piece with Apache 2.0.47 and mod_ssl. I put the CA certificate and iNotes Server certificate in place with the proper directives. However, it also wants the iNotes Server private key. Where is that? It is not attached to the PEM encoded iNotes Server certificate like other server certificates I have seen.
Hi,
if you have generated the server certificate with OpenCA, you should be able to do this: go to RA page, choose the certificate, and get it with SSLeay; now you should see the certificate and the key into your browser, and simply copy and paste the key part into a file.
Hope this helps :)
