me again - I found the error.....
I delete a line in the database with a malformed request - so the next ReqID was calculated wrong because this is done on the number of entries ( not such a good idea I think, it prevents from cleaning up the DB partialy )

There is a strange thing: The Request IDs are not a forthrunnig number but have a range from 256 up to 136736 (number of stored requests is 533) - now the new request (with empty tables) will use the same strange IDs....
So whats wrong here ???
