Quoting myself just to highlight the fact that the actual working version
of the SCEP is the one from CVS - and Snapshots - as I guess the 0.9.1.3
support is not working (AFAIK).

You should check if the CVS version (0.9.2) fits your needs... it has to
be fully tested so it may need some bugfixing before you'll be able to
use in a production system...
