The web host is always the same, it is that of the ra,  i.e. 
ra.results-security.de, this is used for CRL location etc.

The installation directory (i.e. the prefix) needs to be where the software is 
installed. If you are installing both the CA and RA on the same box (for 
testing) then you need to install them indifferent directories. If you are 
installing them on different boxes, then the prefix can be the same, just the 
with--hierachy needs to change.

It would be worth you reading the overview docs before you start in order to 
get in idea of the structure of OpenCA.
