The perl code has changed according to this msg:

-        Unknown 'strict' tag(s) '@ISA'

-The remedy to this problem is to replace this code with the correct idiom:
-
-        use strict;
-        use vars qw(@ISA);
-        @ISA = qw(Foo);

I don't know what foo should be set to... Any ideas? Maybe
OpenCA?

No, please see initServer there you can see the usage of @ISA. There were several users which reports such problems but I cannot simulate it because my Perl 5.8.0 tolerates them. After your advice I patched and commited them to CVS.

It also seems to fail in the scep code with the same error
that maybe related to the openca start error; even if scep
is disabled in the configure file.

This error is from initServer. I hope that all such problems are now fixed in CVS.

Thanks for the hint
